When a document or statement is admitted into evidence at trial, it means that it is now available for a jury’s review in reaching a verdict. Often times, a jury’s decision, even in cases where millions of dollars hang in the balance, can come down to just one or two pieces of evidence. During this session, Brian will identify the types of evidence which frequently appear throughout the course of trucking litigation and also discuss their impact on the outcome of trial.
